Primary voters throughout Collin County will go to their 2010 primary election day polling locations after the polls close on March 2, 2010 to hold precinct conventions to elect delegates and alternates to the 2010 Democratic Collin County Convention and adopt resolutions that will be submitted to the county convention. The following pages will provide precinct convention participants with valuable information on running the convention.
