Democratic Party of Collin County

As Party Chairman, I consider it a great honor to announce that my appointment to fill the office of Vice-Chair of the Democratic Party of Collin County is Deborah Hyatt.

Debbie is well known to most, if not all of you, as she has been a stalwart activist, donor, and vigilant pollwatcher, involved with the local party for some time now.  In addition to her political experience, she has a professional background that lends itself well to the role of Vice-Chair of our local party. 

She began serving in an active capacity as Vice-Chair beginning January 24th, and her appointment will need to be confirmed at the County Executive Committee meeting on January 26th.  

Upon confirmation, according to our Bylaws she will also serve as Chair of the Administration Committee.

Precinct Chairs, please give Ms. Hyatt full consideration to match the commitment of her time, energy and talents.   I hope you will agree with me she is an excellent choice to help us continue to move forward together.
