At the County Executive Committee meeting on Tuesday, August 25th, the Precinct Chairs in attendance made some amendments to the Strategic Plan, and then passed it without objection.  The Strategic Plan had been in the works for two years, and County Chair Shawn Stevens expressed gratitude to Select Committee Chairman Mike Rawlins and the other members of the Select Committee on the Strategic Plan for their work on the document, which will provide a framework of goals for the local party to work towards.  Chairman Stevens stated, "A great deal of time and thought . . .
went into this plan, and though it will always be a work in progress and need reexamination and adjustment from time to time, we have a game plan to move forward with, and move forward together we will."
