June 1, 2009: Today is the last day of the Legislature

Today is the last day of the 81st session of the legislature.
Still hanging out in limbo is HB 300, the TxDot Sunset legislation (transportation bill)
This bill so far has not passed "muster" with most of the legislature.
With TxDot in chaos, this 1000 page bill just adds more chaos to the problem.  Ask your representative and senator to fund TxDot and quit diverting funds from the highway fund to other agencies.
