May 20, 2009: SB 10 Update

SB 10, the retiree health care bill, with the pay-for-performance issue, came before the House Public Health Committee.

Following adverse testimony by many organizations, one representative stated in must have gotten 7,000 calls, the bill was left pending in committee.

Based on the conversation of the committee members, it sounded like they wanted considerably more study and input on this issue.
